Neuroaffirming Workplace Support
Strengths-based, non-clinical workplace coaching and practical support for neurodivergent adults.
What this service is, and what it is not
This is a non-clinical workplace coaching and support service. It does not provide diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, medication advice or emergency mental health support. This service is not regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Progressive Recovery Care’s separately identified clinical assessment and treatment services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
A strengths-based approach
The starting point is what already works for you, not what is missing. Support focuses on identifying the barriers you meet at work and building practical strategies around your strengths, working style and preferences.
Workplace barriers we can work on
- Organisation and keeping track of work
- Time management and deadlines
- Competing tasks and shifting priorities
- Meetings — preparing, contributing and following up
- Communication with colleagues and managers
- Self-advocacy and asking for what you need
- Sensory and environmental adjustments
- Confidence at work
Reasonable adjustments
We can help you prepare for a conversation with your employer about reasonable adjustments — what to ask for, how to describe the barrier, and what tends to work in practice. We do not contact your employer on your behalf unless that is separately agreed.
Access to Work
Access to Work is a government scheme that may provide support for disabled people and people with long-term conditions at work. We can explain what the scheme is and signpost you to it.
Eligibility and funding decisions are made by the scheme, not by PRC. We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved or that any particular support will be funded.
For managers and employers
We also offer consultation for managers and employers who want to support a neurodivergent colleague more effectively. This is non-clinical and does not involve sharing an individual’s clinical information. Employer enquiries go to corporate@progressiverecoverycare.co.uk.
Packages and pricing
Workplace support is scoped and quoted for each person or organisation rather than sold at a fixed price, because what is useful varies with the role, the workplace and whether an employer is involved. You receive a written quotation before anything is agreed.
Related fees that are published: a workplace or reasonable adjustment consultation is £150, a workplace, school or university support report is £175, and a professional case conference of up to 60 minutes is £175.
Separate contractual rates may apply to employers, insurers and other commissioning organisations. Full fees are on the Prices page.

No. Support is based on the difficulties you are meeting at work rather than on holding a diagnosis. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to PRC or to your employer in order to take part.
That is decided by the Access to Work scheme, not by PRC. PRC cannot guarantee that an award will be made, or that an award will cover PRC’s services. Support is arranged by enquiry, discovery call and written quotation rather than direct online purchase.
Where an employer funds the work, what will be reported is agreed in advance and is normally limited to attendance, agreed themes and recommended adjustments — not the content of sessions, and not health information about you. You see any report about you before it is sent. Full detail is in the Workplace Support Terms.
Yes. An employer can commission support for an employee. Taking part is voluntary, and declining is not something PRC reports on. PRC confirms in writing who the contracting client is before work begins, because that determines who receives reports and what can be shared.
Coaching sometimes surfaces something that needs clinical help. If that happens, PRC will say so and explain the options, which may include PRC’s separate regulated clinical services or your GP. PRC will not quietly convert workplace coaching into clinical care — that is a different service under different regulation.
Either. Sessions are available online across England, and in person at our Northampton office: Unit F28, Moulton Park Business Centre, Redhouse Road, Northampton NN3 6AQ.
Please tell the team which you would prefer when you book. In-person appointments are by arrangement only, so please do not attend the office without a booked appointment.
Start with a free discovery call
A free workplace support discovery call to talk through the barriers you are meeting at work and whether this service is a good fit. This is not a clinical assessment and no diagnosis or treatment is provided during the call.
