What we currently store
When you visit this website as an ordinary visitor, it sets no cookies at all. No cookie is written to your device, and nothing is stored to identify or track you between visits.
Every script the site loads is served from PRC’s own domain. There are no third-party scripts, and therefore no third-party cookies.
- No analytics cookies — PRC does not currently measure website usage.
- No advertising or marketing cookies, and no advertising pixels.
- No social media tracking.
- No cross-site tracking of any kind.
The exception: staff logins
This site runs on WordPress. If a member of PRC staff signs in to manage the website, WordPress sets cookies that keep them signed in and remember screen preferences. These are strictly necessary for the site to function and apply only to logged-in staff accounts — not to visitors.
Why there is no cookie banner
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is required before storing non-essential cookies. Because this site currently sets none, there is nothing to ask you to consent to, and a banner would be misleading.
If PRC later adds analytics, embedded media, a chat tool or a payment provider, a compliant consent mechanism will be required — one that lets you refuse non-essential cookies as easily as you accept them, and that does not set them before you choose.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Because this site does not rely on cookies for visitors, blocking them will not affect how it works for you.
Analytics and your privacy
If PRC introduces analytics, it will not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form contents or any information about your health or the services you viewed to an analytics provider. Advertising pixels will not be placed on enquiry or booking pages.
