Who we help

Adults

The PRC services most relevant to adults — assessment, therapy, treatment and ongoing support, available online across England or in person at our Northampton office.

Clinical services

These are regulated clinical services delivered by PRC’s clinical team.

Adult ADHD Assessment

A structured online assessment for adults who think ADHD may explain long-standing difficulties.

Adult Psychiatric Assessment

A psychiatric opinion on difficulties affecting your mental health and daily life.

Therapy and Mental Health Support

CBT, DBT-informed, trauma-focused and other approaches, matched to your needs.

ADHD Treatment and Medication Support

Treatment consultation, titration, monitoring and review. Not available for direct online booking.

Already diagnosed elsewhere?

If you already hold an ADHD diagnosis from another provider, an Existing Diagnosis and Transfer-of-Care Review is the right starting point. A review does not automatically mean PRC will accept the diagnosis or take over treatment, and additional assessment may be required.

Support beyond diagnosis

Non-clinical service

Neuroaffirming Workplace Support

Separately from its clinical services, PRC offers non-clinical workplace coaching and support, including Access to Work support and guidance for managers and employers.

This is a non-clinical workplace coaching and support service. It does not provide diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, medication advice or emergency mental health support. This service is not regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Progressive Recovery Care’s separately identified clinical assessment and treatment services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

How to get started

If you are not sure which service fits, start with a free suitability and information call. Assessments and medication appointments are not booked directly online — they are arranged with you after that conversation.

Not sure where to start?

Book a free 15-minute suitability and information call. This call is for information and pathway suitability. It is not a clinical assessment and no diagnosis or treatment is provided during the call.
