Shorter online review appointments for existing PRC clients, to check how treatment is working, discuss any difficulties, and agree what happens next.
Before you book, please read this
Medication is offered only where clinically appropriate. GP shared-care acceptance cannot be guaranteed. Clients may need to continue paying privately for prescriptions, reviews and monitoring.
Who this appointment is for
Existing PRC clients who have already had an assessment and need a review of their treatment or medication. If you have not yet been assessed by PRC, a review appointment is not the right starting point.
What a review covers
- How you have been since your last appointment.
- Whether current treatment is helping, and any difficulties with it.
- Any side effects or concerns about medication where relevant.
- Whether anything needs to change, and what the options are.
- A written summary and agreed next steps.
Price
Review appointments are charged individually, according to what the appointment involves.

Medication, private prescription and pharmacy charges are separate and continue for as long as you remain on medication.

Frequently asked questions
Review appointments are for existing PRC clients. If you were assessed elsewhere and want PRC to take over your care, a transfer-of-care review is the appropriate route.
This depends on your treatment and is agreed with your clinician. Where medication continues, ongoing review and monitoring appointments are required.
Either. Reviews are available online across England, and in person at our Northampton office: Unit F28, Moulton Park Business Centre, Redhouse Road, Northampton NN3 6AQ.
Please tell the team which you would prefer when you book. In-person appointments are by arrangement only, so please do not attend the office without a booked appointment.
