Adult ADHD Assessment
A structured online assessment for adults who think ADHD may explain long-standing difficulties with attention, organisation, impulsivity or restlessness. The assessment establishes whether ADHD is present, and what would help either way.

An assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis. Medication is offered only where clinically appropriate. GP shared-care acceptance cannot be guaranteed. Clients may need to continue paying privately for prescriptions, reviews and monitoring.

Treatment is a separate stage
Assessment and treatment are not the same appointment. If ADHD is diagnosed, any medication pathway is arranged separately and only where it is clinically appropriate. Post-diagnosis support such as coaching, therapy and psychoeducation is also arranged separately, and is available whether or not you receive a diagnosis.
Price
The fee covers the assessment itself, the feedback appointment and your diagnostic report. There is no separate report fee for the standard report included with your assessment.
Payment is normally due before or at the time of booking, and instalment arrangements may be available for assessments — ask when you book. Any medication, private prescription and pharmacy charges are separate.

Frequently asked questions
No. An assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis. The purpose of the assessment is to reach an accurate answer, which may be that ADHD is not present. You will still receive a report and recommendations.
Medication is offered only where it is clinically appropriate, and it is arranged as a separate stage after assessment. It is not part of the assessment appointment and it is not guaranteed.
GP shared-care acceptance cannot be guaranteed. Shared care is a decision for your GP practice and some practices decline. If shared care is not agreed, you may need to continue paying privately for prescriptions, reviews and monitoring.
No. You can refer yourself — a GP referral is not required.
If you already have reports, letters or a diagnosis from elsewhere, sharing them helps and may save time, but it is not essential. With your consent PRC may ask your GP for relevant information, and will always tell you before doing so.
