Policies and certificates
PRC’s published policy documents and registration certificates, available to download. These are the full documents that the plain-English pages on this site summarise.
How to read these documents
Each policy below is the full document PRC works to. Several also have a plain-English page on this site, written to be easier to read: Safeguarding Information, Consent and Confidentiality, Complaints Procedure and the Privacy Notice.
Where a page and a policy document cover the same ground, the policy document is the authoritative version. If you spot anything that looks contradictory, please tell us so we can correct it.
Care and treatment policies
All documents are PDFs. File sizes are shown so you know what you are downloading.
Consent to Care and Treatment
How PRC seeks and records informed consent, including consent for children and young people, and how consent is reviewed as care continues.
Child Protection
How PRC protects children and young people, how concerns are recognised and raised, and who is responsible for acting on them.
Confidentiality
How PRC handles confidential information, when information may be shared without consent, and the limits of confidentiality in a clinical service.
Equality, Diversity and Human Rights
PRC’s commitments on equality and human rights, how the service works to remove barriers to care, and how discrimination is challenged.
Infection Prevention and Control
PRC’s infection prevention and control arrangements. PRC delivers care online, so this policy covers the limited circumstances in which it applies.
Registration
Progressive Recovery Care (PRC) Group LTD is registered with the Care Quality Commission, Provider ID 1-24593064011.
CQC Certificate of Registration
PRC’s certificate of registration issued by the Care Quality Commission under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
Need a document in a different format?
These documents are PDFs, which do not suit everyone. If you would find another format easier — large print, plain text, or having a policy read and explained to you — please ask and PRC will provide it. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
