Anxiety and Depression Support
Online therapy for anxiety, low mood and depression, working on what is keeping the difficulty going and what helps you move forward.
Who this is for
Adults and young people in England experiencing persistent worry, panic, social anxiety, low mood, loss of motivation or hopelessness. The right therapeutic approach depends on your needs and on professional assessment.
What sessions involve
- Understanding how the anxiety or low mood affects your daily life.
- Identifying the patterns that keep it going.
- Practical strategies for worry, avoidance, panic or withdrawal.
- Rebuilding activity, routine and things that matter to you.
- Working at a pace that feels manageable.
- Planning how to hold on to changes once therapy ends.
Suitability, limitations and crisis support
Therapy does not guarantee improvement or a particular outcome, and it is not a cure. Therapy is not a crisis service and does not provide urgent or out-of-hours support. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself, please seek urgent help rather than waiting for a therapy appointment.
Sessions, duration and your therapist
Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly or fortnightly, with the pattern agreed with you. An assessment and treatment planning appointment, if you want one first, is £200.
There is no minimum number of sessions you have to commit to. Progress is reviewed with you as you go. Booking a block costs less if you want to: six sessions are £570 and ten are £900.
Price
Individual therapy or counselling is £100 for a 50-minute session. Where a CBT or trauma-informed approach is used, the session is £110.
If you would like an assessment and treatment plan first, an anxiety or depression assessment and treatment planning appointment is £200, and a follow-up mental health review is £150.
Booking a block costs less: six individual sessions are £570 and ten are £900.
Cancellation: more than 48 hours’ notice, no charge; less than 48 hours, 50% of the fee; a missed appointment with no notice, the full fee. Full details are on the Prices page.
Frequently asked questions
