ADHD Coaching and Post-Diagnosis Support

Practical support after an ADHD diagnosis — making sense of what it means, playing to your strengths, and building routines and strategies that actually hold.

Coaching, therapy and clinical treatment are not the same thing

Coaching is practical and forward-looking. It builds strategies, routines and systems for daily life. It does not diagnose or treat.
Therapy works on emotional difficulties, distress and long-standing patterns, and is delivered by a therapist.
Clinical treatment covers assessment, diagnosis, medication and clinical review, and is delivered by a clinician as a separate stage.
PRC will be clear with you about which of these you are receiving, and will say if a different one would help more.

Who this is for

People in England who have an ADHD diagnosis — whether from PRC or elsewhere — and who want practical help applying it to daily life. Support is also available to parents of a diagnosed child. A diagnosis on its own often does not come with enough follow-up support, and this is intended to fill that gap.

What support can cover

Sessions and package options

Sessions are 50 minutes, at £90 each, usually every one to three weeks. Coaching often works better with a little space between sessions, so there is time to try things out, and the pattern is agreed with you.

A six-session ADHD coaching programme is £500, which is less than booking six sessions individually. You do not have to commit to a programme — sessions can be booked one at a time.

Price

£90 per session

Coaching and post-diagnosis support is £90 for a 50-minute session. A six-session ADHD coaching programme is £500, which is less than booking the same six sessions individually.

You are never required to book a package, and there is nothing further to pay beyond the session fee.

Cancellation: more than 48 hours’ notice, no charge; less than 48 hours, 50% of the session fee; a missed session with no notice, the full fee. Full details are on the Prices page.
