There is no separate report fee for the standard report included with your assessment.
Consent and safeguarding. Assessments involving children and young people carry specific consent and safeguarding responsibilities. Who can give consent depends on the young person’s age and understanding, and we will confirm this with you before the assessment begins. Our Safeguarding and Consent and Confidentiality policies explain how we handle this.

What an assessment can and cannot tell you
An assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis. The outcome is a clinical judgement, and it may be that autism is not the right explanation for what you are experiencing. That is a legitimate and useful result, and the report will still set out what was found and what would help.
Any support or treatment that follows is arranged separately and is not included in the assessment fee. Post-diagnosis support is available whether or not a diagnosis is made.
Not sure whether you need an assessment?
Autism screening and guidance is a lower-cost option at £250. It explores whether autism may be relevant to your experiences and what would help next, without reaching a formal conclusion.
Screening is a sensible first step if you are unsure, but it is not required. If you already know you want a diagnostic assessment, you can go straight to it.
A free 15-minute suitability call is the easiest way to work out which is right. It is not a clinical assessment and no diagnosis or treatment is provided during the call.
