Helping providers build neurodiversity-affirming, relationally safe, and inclusive services through policy input, model development, and team structuring. - Therapeutic Rupture & Repair:
Preventing placement breakdowns by guiding staff and residents through emotional repair processes, offering supervision, and improving relational resilience. - Neurodiversity Integration:
Supporting services to better accommodate neurodivergent residents through compatibility assessments, environmental audits, tailored training, and care plan support.
Other Services
The company also offers wide range of consultation services to a children’s setting, especially when considering neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, sensory differences) to meet regulation 18 of registration. This regulation mandates that providers should ensure all employees receive adequate support, training, professional development, supervision and appraisal to competently perform their duties. This includes addressing any specific training needed to support individuals with SEND such as training related to specific medical conditions or positive behaviour support. Here’s a structured overview on what we can offer.
