OUR SERVICES
Our decision to provide this service is informed by both our team’s extensive experience in neurodevelopmental and mental health care, as well as a clearly evidenced and growing demand in the community. We have identified a significant gap in timely and accessible diagnosis and therapeutic support for adults, children and young people with ADHD, ASD, and related mental health conditions. Waiting lists for NHS services continue to grow, and many families face long delays without adequate support.
Our clinical team has a strong background in paediatric mental health, family therapy, and specialist behavioural interventions. We are well-placed to respond to this unmet need by offering timely, person-centred assessments and therapeutic input.

- Pharmacological Management: Where necessary, medication review and monitoring are provided by qualified professionals as part of the overall treatment plan.
Enhancing Therapeutic and Sustainable Support
Progressive Recovery Care is expanding its services to specialist consultancy designed to improve outcomes and sustainability in supported living environments. Our consultancy focuses on three key areas:
- Service Development & Strategic Planning:
Helping providers build neurodiversity-affirming, relationally safe, and inclusive services through policy input, model development, and team structuring. - Therapeutic Rupture & Repair:
Preventing placement breakdowns by guiding staff and residents through emotional repair processes, offering supervision, and improving relational resilience. - Neurodiversity Integration:
Supporting services to better accommodate neurodivergent residents through compatibility assessments, environmental audits, tailored training, and care plan support.
Other Services
The company also offers wide range of consultation services to a children’s setting, especially when considering neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, sensory differences) to meet regulation 18 of registration. This regulation mandates that providers should ensure all employees receive adequate support, training, professional development, supervision and appraisal to competently perform their duties. This includes addressing any specific training needed to support individuals with SEND such as training related to specific medical conditions or positive behaviour support. Here’s a structured overview on what we can offer.
